Penal Code changes to enhance penalties, asset confiscation for online fraud

KUALA LUMPUR, July 22 — The Penal Code (Amendment) Bill 2024, approved by the Dewan Negara today, will ensure online fraudsters are held accountable under the new legal provisions.

Two Bills related to stalking offences tabled for first reading in Dewan Rakyat
